Add Quick Node Clone as a dependency in CivicTheme.

Why only Node Clone and not allowing other entities?
Can https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_clone → be considered too?

Both of the suggested modules can simply be installed into a website by a website owner.

CivicTheme is a Drupal theme rather than a profile. We do not support providing integration with optional (and opinionated) dependencies that the CivicTheme does not rely upon.
