Add test: Can Upgrade Status be downloaded with Composer?

Problem/Motivation

Currently (for a month?) it has not been possible to download the Upgrade Status module with Composer in Drupal 9.

🐛 Module incompatibility with nikic/php-parser v5.0.0 Needs work .

This problem can occur if Drush is installed.

Steps to reproduce

Try to download the module in Drupal 9, and fail.

Proposed resolution

Make it clearer that Drush can block installing the module.

    But Drupal 9 does not require nikic/php-parser v5? How can the test suite run fine on Drupal 9 if it cannot be installed? Sounds like this may be related to a PHP version combination? Which PHP version?

    Thanks for a fast answer @Gábor Hojtsy. As I commented in 🐛 Module incompatibility with nikic/php-parser v5.0.0 Needs work the problem was that I had Drush installed, and after uninstalling Drush, it worked well and I could download the module. So I'll close this issue.
