PollInterface contains bogus descriptions

Problem/Motivation

Following methods contain a lot of bogus descriptions about being queued for refresh.

- getAnonymousVoteAllow
- setAnonymousVoteAllow
- getCancelVoteAllow
- setCancelVoteAllow
- getResultVoteAllow
- setResultVoteAllow
