Request for 'confirmed' user role

What issue are you facing while creating the project page?

As per my knowledge, authenticated users (who receive this role upon verifying their email address) can create project pages.

Please tell us what error message you see when you try to create a new module.

It seems to be working today. I was getting a 401 if I recall correctly.
