If you are adding a shortcut either by clicking the star icon on for example /admin/modules or if you manually add a new shortcut on for example /admin/config/user-interface/shortcut/manage/default/customize (add a shortcut to /admin/structure/taxonomy), none of the newly added shortcuts is shown in the shortcuts group. It also doesnt help to reload the page with the alt key pressed to flush the browsers cache for this page. But if I run drush cr and reload the page the two new shortcuts immediately show up.
(tested on drupal 11.x-dev, navigation 1.x-dev, php 8.2 on safari 17.3.1 on macos 14.3.1)
/admin/modules and click the star icon/admin/config/user-interface/shortcut/manage/default/add-link and add Taxonomy as the name and /admin/structure/taxonomy as the pathI'll be taking ownership of this ticket and will work on resolving it as soon as possible.
