Remove patch as it was included in Drupal 10.2.4

The patch is in Open social 12.2.1 too, and could not be applied because it is already in core 10.2.4
Pls, remove it. Thank you.

Don't forget you can always lock the core version until it's resolved, or use composer patches patches-ignore
