Update patch, Image derivative generation does not work if effect "Convert" in use and file stored in private filesystem, for Drupal 10.2.4

Posting as major to make sure it gets into the next release (which is happening soon)

I get the same, the patch could not be applied.
Open social version - 12.2.1

Don't forget you can always lock the core version until it's resolved, or use composer patches patches-ignore
