Björn has been working on contributed module update tools for a long time and to me is an obvious candidate for this team. His knowledge on the technical side of this is as strong as can be and he has proven himself to be an active and thoughtful contributor in other areas of the Drupal project as well.

Björn is really strong technically and can plan out processes really well. His work on the project analysis toolset and project update bot has been invaluable. Also his involvement in drupal-rector was instrumental in Drupal 11 readiness efforts. Huge +1
