[META] UX improvements

Problem/Motivation

Login/Registration UX:

• Site admin can choose to completely remove the password-based login/registration in favor of passkey-based login/registration

• Site admin can choose between:
  • Password only login/registration
  • Passkey only login/registration
  • Both.
    • In this case, the login/registration form will a link to switch between two.

Password/Passkey reset UX:

• In current UX, there's no option to reset/revoke passkeys. User can only reset password, which won't be useful in current UX if admin has chosen to replace password-based login/registration from with passkey-based one.

• Add UX to reset passkeys and provide it's integration with the UX Site admin has chosen from #1.

Passkey management UX:

• At the moment no passkey management UX is present.

• Provide user the ability to add/update/delete their passkeys by providing them access to Passkey entities CRUD UI. Exiting issue for this: https://www.drupal.org/project/webauthn/issues/3222927 →
