How to import questions from CSV

Hi,

What is the preferred way to import lots of MC and T&F questions from a CSV file to D10.2 Quiz 6.0 ?
Should I go the migrate module path, or Feeds module or is there some other way?

When trying to import with Feeds module a MC question:
If having correct answer and couple of wrong answers for mc question in a separate columns in CSV,
and when importing from a CSV, what to choose in the feeds module mappings as "target" ?
There are options like "multiple answers" "suffle answers" and "alternatives"
When selecting "alternatives" the feeds module gives couple of dropdowns like; "paragraph type"
"paragraph field" but none of them cant be mapped to "correct answer". So how can I import the correct answer
and the wrong answer alternatives to a mc content? Or should I first import the answer alternatives as paragraphs, and then use another import to import the question "host" nodes, but how then connect the paragraphs (alternatives) to a question? Do I need a custom field somehow ? Should there be a "quiz question import" module for D10 also?
