I am stuck in the same issue, mc question and the alternatives. How to import from CSV the correct answer and the rest wrong answers?
Did you manage to do it without custom code?

Since there hasn't been any follow up can this be closed?

Requesting maintainers of the module to reopen the issue, as the problem is still not resolved. Importing Alternatives is not working. I have a new installation of Drupal 10.5.0 and I tried importing Quiz questions using Feeds. I was able to import questions(title and body) but the Alternatives are not avaiable in Mapping section of the Feeds.

To check if the issue was with Paragraph module, I created a Paragraph type(What I ate today) and attached it to a content type(Para Test). The Paragraph type has two fields: Food and Quantity. Both the fields Food and Quantity are displaying properly in the Mapping section of Feeds. I am able to import the content of Para Test using feeds and values of Food and Quantity are being saved as expected. Even multiple values are being saved fine using Feeds Tamper module.

Using the same logic, I was expecting the fields of paragraph type multichoice, like multichoice_answer, multichoice_correct, multichoice_score_chosen e.t.c., to be displayed in the Mapping section of Feeds related to Question. But they do not show up. If I choose Alternatives and go to Configure, the paragraph fields are not shown there also.

Thank you for this amazing module, which does a lot of things out of the box. Being able to import questions and their alternatives through a CSV file would have been great. Thank you.
