sshop settings are hard to find

Problem/Motivation

/admin/appearance/settings/sshop - settings in closed deatils, at bottom of page.
Our customize block needs some attention.

Steps to reproduce

edit theme settings: admin/appearance/settings/sshop

Proposed resolution

  • custom message removes header, sidecolor
  • message: change first line to h3. add p tag.
  • message: actual list tag
  • settings: wrap as container with prefix h3
  • settings: details to fieldset (always open)
  • settings: weight up (below schema, above bootstrap)
