Hi @ozwebapps, I hope you're well. Two weeks ago, I, on behalf of my company, expressed interest in maintaining/co-maintaining Webform Auto Exports. I'm reaching out out again as I haven't heard back yet.
I remain very interested in contributing to the Drupal community by maintaining this module, and continuing to support the use of this module. I believe we can offer valuable support and ensure the module continues to thrive. Please let me know if there are any questions or additional information needed from my side.
Thank you. Looking forward to any feedback.
Best wishes

I have also messaged the owner directly via the Contact tab, sending a copy of the message to myself, but I haven't heard back.

I contacted ozwebapps using the following message.
Hello Hasitha,
I am contacting you because Daniel ( https://www.drupal.org/u/danielzigo → ) offered to become maintainer for Webform Auto Exports ( https://www.drupal.org/project/coc_forms_auto_export → ), a project you created, for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.
May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3424197 → about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Daniel will be probably made maintainer.
Neither project moderators nor site moderators will remove the existing maintainers/co-maintainers; the project owner will not be replaced either. Maintainers cannot change the project owner; co-maintainers/maintainers can only be removed/added by people who have the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers.
I am contacting all the people who can administer co-maintainers/maintainers for the project. In this case, that is just you.
Best regards,
Alberto Paderno

Hello @apaderno,
Pardon me for the late response. My week was really busy.
Thank you for adding me as a maintainer, and for your help in this process. I am also planning to add a few colleagues from my company as co-maintainers to leverage our collective expertise and resources effectively. Together, we aim to address existing issues, develop new features, and enhance the overall utility of the module. We are committed to making a positive impact on the module and the community.
If there are any specific guidelines or priorities that come to mind, and I should be aware of as I start, please let me know.
Thank you once again.
Best regards,
Daniel - 🇮🇹Italy apaderno Brescia, 🇮🇹
The only documentation page that describes the best practices to follow when you have more than one maintainer of a project is Co-maintaining projects → .
On Managing a drupal.org theme, module, or distribution project → , that seems the only relevant page about guidelines and priorities.
