Problem/Motivation

The module's help page references a broken link to https://drupal.org/documentation/modules/entity_reference_revisions

Steps to reproduce

Go to Help page /admin/help/entity_reference_revisions
Click on linked text for the online documentation for the Entity Reference Revisions module
Results in a 404 - Page not found.

Proposed resolution

Either update or remove the link.

Remaining tasks

Determine if there is an updated link or if it should just be removed.
