Update user guide for Drupal 11

Thanks for creating this issue @eojthebrave. Do you think DDEV could get a mention in the User Guide, since it is now the recommended development tool? I'll add it in the Issue Summary, and then we can decide.

+1. I totally support this. And I appreciate you opening another issue for it since I think it's something we can tackle after we get an initial Drupal 11 version of the guide published. It's been on my to-do list, but lower priority than getting the required updates addressed first.

It sounds great that DDEV can eventually be added as well. Thanks for all the great work you are doing on getting the User Guide Drupal 11 ready!

Since a DDEV section was just added, and Drupal 11.1 was released in December 2024, perhaps we can consider releasing Drupal 11 User Guide?

If "Content about using Recipes" is the last blocker, perhaps it can be added later?

Yeah, I think we can probably close this, and open a new issue to deal with figuring out the recipes stuff. Which, honestly at this point doesn't need to be a blocker at all. I don't see recipes being widely used by end users. Yet. I think Drupal CMS will change that though. And there's some docs there about this already https://new.drupal.org/docs/drupal-cms/get-started/get-to-know-drupal-cm...

I need to ping the DA and have them run a new import with the recent changes. I'll do that now.
