Argument #1 ($key) must be of type string, null given, called in TokenGetter.php

Problem/Motivation

I am experiencing the issue after migration from drupal 8 to drupal 10 with thunder distribution. to quick fix, i added if statement to TokenGetter.php. But, I know, this is not a proper way.

TypeError: Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\ParameterBag::has(): Argument #1 ($key) must be of type string, null given, called in /code/web/modules/contrib/access_unpublished/src/TokenGetter.php on line 64 in Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\ParameterBag->has() (Zeile 97 in /code/vendor/symfony/http-foundation/ParameterBag.php).
