Offering to co-maintain CloudFlare

Thanks for volunteering Steffen.

I have a number of client projects that are using this module with the business subscription and occasionally dedicate time to maintain it.

Unfortunately I don't have the permissions to manage maintainers , otherwise I would be happy for you to help co-maintain this project.

Only Brian294 has the Administer maintainers permission and he has not logged in in the past year and a half.

I cannot say he is not longer active on drupal.org, but it could be enough to add a new co-maintainer without contacting him. @rosk0 Is that fine with you?

Yes Alberto, please add Steffen to maintainers - this module clearly needs more love than it currently gets.

I added it-cru as maintainer.
