The theme doesn't come up with any custom CT, the Countries CT that you're talking about is prolly a Custom CT. In order to have styling on that you can extend the theme and create a sub theme out of this and then proceed adding styling for that.
For the same reason it should be categorised as a 'Support Request' and not a 'Bug Report'. Hence I'm closing the issue here.
