Allow configuration to select which content types trigger notifications

Problem/Motivation

Administrators should be able to select:

  • Which content types trigger notifications
  • Which action on entities trigger notifications (created, update, delete)

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to the configuration page for this module.
  • Observe that you can only select which entity types for the module to take action on.

Proposed resolution

  • Add configuration and logic that allow administrators to select specific content types that notifications get sent on.
  • Add configuration for what actions will trigger notifications being sent.
  • Make Telegram API integration optional
  • Add more metadata so that more customizations can be made to the email being sent (entity type, entity bundle, and entity id).
