Cannot install via admin/modules UI: "animatecss.settings" does not exist.

Same issue on my side.
However clearing the cache solved the issue.

Please provide steps to reproduce.

I have installed module from admin section, and it installed properly.

i used drush

Same for me: installation through composer, then drush cr. That's where the problem happens.

I am using Drupal 10 and php 8.1. I installed module using composer and enabled through drush
** AnimateCSS module was installed properly.
It has dependency AnimateCSS UI, which i have enabled seprately using drush.
Where is the issue??

I have tried to reproduce the issue but it's working fine. i am changing the status. please feel free to reopen & add specific steps for reproduce the issue.
