Unfortunately, I cannot grant you maintainer access to the module. If you create an issue with the appropriate patches, we will review them in due course.

That's not what I meant.
What I meant is that I didn't create this project, so I can't grant permission to someone else.
Please contact the project author if you still want to work on it.
In the meantime, I've created a version of the module that is compatible with Drupal 10.

What I meant is that I didn't create this project, so I can't grant permission to someone else.
Actually, every maintainer has the permission of adding or removing co-maintainers or maintainers. They do not need to ask for permission to the project owner.
That said, I am closing this issue since there has not been any follow-up action as described in How to become project owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer → from the person who opened this offer.
