Problem/Motivation

Drupal 11 requires MariaDB 10.6 so we need a test environment.

📌 [11.x] [policy] Require MySQL 8.0 (increased from 5.7) or MariaDB 10.5 (increased from 10.3) for Drupal 11 Active
