Running
ddev drush crontotally cleaned up that code (locally) just took 4+ min.
Uninstalling with drush breaks sites.
Enable with drush and uninstall, then enable and unsintall again.
The field access_count has already been deleted and it is in the process of being purged.
Cron does not seem to clean these up.
See if we can come up with a way to clean these fields up on uninstall.
