Quotations are missing for the HTML <blockquote> Element.

Problem/Motivation

The blockquote element needs to be styled. Please refer to the screenshot attached.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the theme and enable it.
  2. Create a post with a blockquote element.
  3. You will see the quotations are not visible.
