Composer install error when trying to apply an outdated patch to drupal/core

The module's composer.json file tries to apply a patch to drupal/core media_library module but fails to apply it to Drupal 9.5.11

Is this patch still needed?

I made a new Drupal 9.5.11 compatible version of the patch available here just in case:

Run a Drupal composer install taking modules composer.json files into account.

Remove the patch in composer.json file or update the patch to make it compatible with latest Drupal versions.

EDIT: I can see that a second patch is also applied to the inline_entity_form module, is it really required?
