There were quite a few problems reported with the "pwa_service_worker", since that module is (and has been) quite unstable in the past and is riddled with issues (see 🐛 [META][pwa_service_worker] Refactor 'pwa_service_worker' implementations and flaws Needs work ).
We should set its status to experimental, until the issues mentioned in the issue are solved.
Set "pwa_service_worker" lifecycle to experimental.
