Forum subscription not posible

Same problem here - you can only subscribe to "forum" if you go to the related taxonomy page ...

I have created a Merge Request with a solution to this problem. By extending the controller that generates the Forum page, I was able to add the subscribe/unsubscribe link there in the same way as is done on the Forum post.
Slightly refactored the module at the same time, moving the internal methods to a separate helper class, making them available to be used outside of the .module as well.
