issue of Deprecated function: mb_strtolower():

Steps Reproduce:

1: Install the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/leave_confirm:^1.1'.

2: Add new taxonomy term. it throws a warning, the warning mentioned below.

Deprecated function: mb_strtolower(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in Drupal\Core\Config\Entity\Query\Condition->compile() (line 39 of core\lib\Drupal\Core\Config\Entity\Query\Condition.php).
