we're planning on making Product Managers the tie-breakers in the case of a stalemate between core committers.
Given the current make-up of product managers it would be good to try to recruit an additional product manager from a different background/organisation.

+1! I opened a private slack channel for core committers to discuss this as it is usually very awkward to talk about people in public (pro/contra especially). That said, if there are suggestions from outside of the core committer team or nominees, please don't hesitate to comment or reach out to us :)
