Enable compression for exporters

Problem/Motivation

OpenTelemetry Protocol Exporter support compression, see https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/otel/protocol/exporter/
Currently only gzip compression method is supported which works for http and grpc

At the moment, module doesn't use any compression while exporting.

Proposed resolution

Configure env variables to use gzip compression.
