The Opigno dashboard module is missing a README, which serves as documentation.

Here I shared README file contents,

# Opigno dashboard

This project is related to Opigno LMS distribution.

It manages the dashboard feature, allowing each user to customize his dashboard on Opigno. Each user can select a dashboard layout, add the wished blocks to the preferred column (by drag-and-drop).

Administrators can make new blocks available and decide to have mandatory blocks, that users won't be able to remove from their dashboard.

I moved the suggested README contents in #2 into an actual file on a new branch, then cleaned it up based on the recommended format → . MR is ready for review.

After applying MR!3 on the Opigno dashboard module against 3.1.0 version on my Drupal 10 site, confirmed the README.md is now present.
However, I have one concern:

* Missing the Configuration section.

Based on this template: https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/managing-a-drupalorg-theme-module-or... → , the 'Configuration' is required.

Please see the attached files for reference.

I'm moving this to 'Needs work' for now.
