The D&D Character module is missing a README, which serves as documentation.

I have attached the Read me file for the The D&D Character module.

Anjali Mehta → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

I noticed some spacing and the need for line breaks before the heading for a new section in the Readme File. Please review and upload the updated file.
