Problem/Motivation

Gin default edit Media button is not positioned, sized and hovered properly

Steps to reproduce

D10.1, any CT with media field, after adding media the edit Media button (pencil) is incorrectly styled, also hover is incorrect. Please see attached png for details.

Proposed resolution

Add a class to media_library.scss to overwrite styles the same way as 'remove button. Styles are getting overwritten within the same theme css.
