@folks, while making it as admin theme, I faced lot os issues. The sidebar (say admin toolbar) was not working properly. Also I was not able to change the admin theme after i enabled it . Lot of section were disappeared from it.

** It was looking completely like the screenshot attached above. Please have a look at it. i am using drupal 10 version and php 8.1.
