Summary:
- added .gitlab-ci.yml file to run Gitlab CI;
- added phpstan.neon file to properly configure phpstan;
- fixed all phpcs and phpstan warnings and errors;

All jobs (composer, eslint, phpcs, phpstan) work and are green now.
