Create Quant 1.6.1 release

These are the major ones and ones that need review except for:

🐛 Quant Search Index form ignores the checkboxes. Needs review
🐛 Quant Search Index form ignores taxonomy checkbox. Active

which aren't pressing but can be included if the get reviewed in time.

Two of these are merged in GitHub and ready for syncing. The others need some updates in the PR which will hopefully happen later this week.

The remaining issues have been merged in GitHub so this is ready for testing and tagging.

Did a quick test of all of the issues and there were more php 8.2 deprecations that are captured here:

and this one wasn't working:

so I'll see if there's a quick fix for that one.
