Drush: Better error message if no entities were found - instead of copy error

Problem/Motivation

Currently, a drush content:export produces the error

File 'temporary://export/zip/content-bulk-export-23_01_2024-11_36.zip' ('/tmp/export/zip/content-bulk-export-23_01_2024-11_36.zip') could not be copied because it does not exist.

Steps to reproduce

Run command on a fresh Drupal installation, before creating any content.

Proposed resolution

Show better error: "There are no matching entities to export."
