Move automated tests to GitLab CI

The pipeline for the MR passed: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/typogrify/-/pipelines.

However, there were some warnings in the linting stage (phpcs, phpstan, stylelint). Some of those will be fixed by the changes proposed for ✨ PHP 8.2 support Needs work , although I think that MR tries to do too much at once.

I canceled the legacy DrupalCI testing.

I think this change is good to go.

Great news. Happy to see more modules adopting GitLab CI. I'd like to have a go at fixing some of the linting errors.
