At present there seems to be few detailed/worked examples (if any) on Drupal.org of how to use the layout builder API to programmatically build layouts, components etc..
Enhance the Layout builder handbook to show worked examples of building/manipulating layouts in code.
Initially I just want to know if there is support for this. I can provide a first stab at some examples but it will need review to ensure that what is created represents best practice when it comes to using the Layout Builder APi.
