issue of Ept block

Problem/Motivation

According to the README.md file, we enabled this module and went to "Structure » Block layout »". click the "Add custom block" button to add the "EPT Text", but there is no block of this type.

After that, we went /admin/structure/block/block-content/types. but EPT Text is not available.

I've attached an image illustrating my actions—installing the module and searching within the extended panel.
