Finish the root span on TERMINATE even later than others

Problem/Motivation

We have the weight "100" for the terminate event that ends the root span:

      KernelEvents::TERMINATE => ['onTerminate', 100],

But it's better to end it later, after all regular events on this event.

So the idea is to change the weight to "-100".
