Change Testing to GitLab CI

Ran the Git CI pipeline, and it identified 2 test failures while also highlighting PHPStan errors and warnings. We need to address these issues before proceeding with the merge.

I tried to change the commit or create a new merge request.
Since the first commit was created by @D-XPERT and I am not a maintainer of the module, I do not have access to edit the created merge requests and close them. I also don't have access to create a new one.
Could you please change the branch to which the changes should be added?

I've changed it. FYI You can change branches on MR's by getting push access to the fork, signing into gitlab and changing it there. Back to review.

There was conflicting code from the module and composer.json files. I've rebased and resolved.
