Admin Theme breaks and the menu is not visible

After downloading and enabling the admin theme, user interface has been breaked.

Download theme.
enable the theme.
set the same theme in admin.

In my case installed "AeroDash" theme enabled and also used same theme as administrative menu is visible attached screenshot along with.
