Avoid \Drupal calls in the block plugin

Hi @dineshkumarbollu,

1. we should use MRs instead of patches.
2. your patch is incorrect and is not working.
e.g. the class should implement ContainerFactoryPluginInterface class. parent construct should receive $group, $settings, etc.

Created and merged a new MR.

Implemented dependency injections for the plugin.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
