I am encountering an issue after installing the module.
Steps Reproduce:
1. Install the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/ckeditor_heading_size:^1.0@beta'.
2: After enabling this module it throws a warning error, the error mentioned below.
Warning: foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given in Drupal\ckeditor_heading_size\Config\AllowedHtmlOverride->loadOverrides() (line 42 of \modules\contrib\ckeditor_heading_size\src\Config\AllowedHtmlOverride.php)

It sounds like you are missing the size options. You can set those at /admin/config/content/ckeditor-heading-size.
We now bail early in that function if there are no settings set. Belt and suspenders.
