Currently, mentoring as a community effort is somewhat ephemeral. There are some roles defined on D.O. but a lot of it is just word to mouth and exists as an adhoc collective of contributors.
The purpose for this document is to outline the support we are requesting from the DA.
Pending backing from the DA we would create a new document on D.O. outlining the roles, responsibilities, and mechanics for Core Mentoring Coordinators and Mentors.
Creating a Mentoring Coordinators working group
Finish off Charter and supporting documents
