Problem with access the blocks.

I am encountering an issue when trying to access the blocks.

Steps Reproduce:

1. Installed the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/list_inline_block:^1.1'.

2: After enabling this module, Go to /admin/structure/block/list-inline-block this URL, it throws an error mentioned below.

TypeError: asort(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given in asort() (line 158 of modules\contrib\list_inline_block\src\Controller\ListBlock.php).

I've attached an image illustrating my actions—installing the module and searching within the extended panel.
