Issue with creating taxonomy term

Hi I am getting same error white adding terms, Try to debug the issue and dup the results $parents = $form_state->get(['taxonomy', 'parent']);is getting empty causing the problem.

Getting same error on Drupal 10.1 As well.
When you try to submit the term without select any parent, you get the error.

The error should be fixed in 1.0.3.
