Views Filter On/Off: Missing views config schema

Problem/Motivation

Missing Views config schema. Can see "Missing schema" in Configuration Inspector.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use this filter in a view and select Exposed selection field type.
2. Visit Drupal Configuration Inspector →
3. See "Missing schema" for the view filters.

This option was added to views filter On/Off in #3376938 ✨ Give the filter plugin the ability to change the selection widget type Fixed but config schema wasn't updated.

Proposed resolution

Add missing schema for exposed_select_type option for views filter.
