Documentations of usage is missing

Problem/Motivation

I wanted start reviewing the module functionalities but I dont know when to start as there is not documentation of it.
Note: Module will and requires documentation of usages available for easing usage of it by others. Provision of documentation
will help in reviewing the module.

Steps to reproduce

-Installed module
- Enable module on Extend page.
